1. Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-show appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a non-refundable $50 fee and/or a denial of future appointments.
2. Closed Compartments:
At Shorty’s Detailing, protecting your privacy is our top priority. To uphold this commitment, we have implemented a “Closed Compartment Policy.” This policy ensures that any sealed or unopened compartments within your vehicle will remain closed and untouched by our staff, safeguarding both your privacy and our safety. We ask that you leave (center consoles, glove compartments, ETC.) opened and cleared of personal belongings if you're looking to have the inside cleaned out as well.
3. Personal Belongings:
At Shorty’s Detailing, our primary goal is to provide thorough cleaning and detailing services for your vehicle. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to customers whose vehicles have not been cleared of personal belongings and/or excessive amounts of trash prior to the service. We ask that you remove all items from your vehicle, as we will only save items that are clearly used or potentially lost. Any other items left in the vehicle will be disposed of.
4. Extra Charges for Unseen Circumstances:
In some cases, additional charges may apply if unforeseen circumstances arise during the detailing process (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or damage that requires extra work or special products). Any additional charges will be discussed with you before proceeding, and we will provide an estimate for approval.
5. Weather-Related Changes:
At Shorty’s Detailing, we strive to keep your appointments on schedule. However, inclement weather (such as heavy rain, snow, or extreme temperatures) may result in a delay or rescheduling of your appointment for safety and quality assurance. If weather conditions affect the scheduled time, we will contact you promptly to reschedule or adjust your appointment as needed.
6. Personal Information:
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. When you book an appointment with Shorty’s Detailing, we collect personal details such as your name, phone number, email address, and vehicle information. This information will only be used for the purpose of servicing your vehicle and communicating with you regarding your appointment. We will never share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this policy.
7. Liability:
While we take great care in providing detailing services, Shorty’s Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle or any issues that may arise during or after our service. It is your responsibility to inform us of any known issues with your vehicle prior to the detailing service.
8. Payment:
Payment for services is due upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All services are subject to applicable taxes. All sales are final.
9. Modifications:
Shorty’s Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the new terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
